Our Teachers and Staff

An on-site owner, who is also an educator, leads every school. She ensures that the principles of the Playworks program are upheld in each class. She makes sure that every family has a wonderful experience.

We ensure that only highly qualified professionals are accepted to work at Playworks. Our teachers and staff members consistently pursue higher education and development on topics that will keep them at the forefront of childhood education. Topics related to teaching through play, classroom management, and overall child development are sought out. All teachers and staff members are trained to administer first aid, and administer CPR and rescue breathing for infants and children.

What Our Parents Say

“Thanks to the the teachers who were very patient, our children overcame their shyness and grew to socialize… Now, our three children are in big school, and are doing very well… they are consistent honor students in their respective classes.”  -  Axel Allan Tongco

“Both our daughters started schooling before the age of 2. Playworks was a very secure environment for them to play and learn with their peers. I was a working mom, and I preferred to expose them to professional educators…”

“Exposure at Playworks equipped our daughters to manage school work at the big school where they are currently performing well.”  - Hannah Olivares-Navato

“Whatever challenges might have been presented by Alonso's condition were met head on and addressed immediately, and communication lines were always clear, frequent, and open between teachers, parents, and any support team members.” - Patricia Santos

“Being an educator myself, I searched for all the schools in Salcedo Village that would fit my ideal one. And I say with confidence that Playworks is by far the best school for your kids -- they have the necessary skills to develop your child in a holistic but fun way of learning; they have the best facilities to serve the needs of your child, and most importantly - they have the heart to love and take care of your child.” - Daki Fernando

“The kindness and support in settling in our two children has been wonderful to watch. The children are well cared for and always have fun activities to join in with.” - Louise Lawrenson

“What we love most about Playworks are the teachers, the yayas, and how they treat our kids.

My kids have become very outspoken, and they can express themselves freely now.” - Reina Stagen

“Our daughter has been going to Playworks since she was 7 months old.  At first it just started as a way to do more activities with her, but she has always been so happy there so she's been going ever since. Seeing her progress and her love for school are really the biggest positives for us.” - Emma Bautista

“Knowing that I could leave my child in your safe hands to be loved, cared for, nurtured and guided through their development was such a relief and joy to me whilst being crazy busy at work.” - Deborah Herberts
